• Bet Finality: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the bet117 system, it is final and binding on both the Player and bet117. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after acceptance except in circumstances of clearly documented technical malfunction.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and table, and are displayed within each game interface before a bet is placed. bet117 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Manifest Errors: In the event of a technical glitch, system error, or manifest pricing/odds error, bet117 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to affected Players' Accounts. Winnings generated from manifest errors will not be paid.
• Live Casino Rules: All live dealer games on bet117 are governed by the rules of the respective game provider, which are displayed within the game interface. In cases of conflict between provider-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are governed by the specific event rules applicable to each sport and competition. • Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias;
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or Account maintenance;

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials;
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or event data where a manifest error has been identified and corrected in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms;
• Losses of business, revenue, profit, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or reliance upon, any information, content, or Services available on the bet117 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bet117's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

In all circumstances, bet117's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bet117 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet117 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform features, or business practices.

When material changes are made to these Terms, bet117 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players via email notification to the address on file, in-platform notification upon next login, or prominent notice on the bet117 website.

Continued use of the bet117 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any available balance by contacting bet117 customer support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
